How to Reserve the Mobile Cart and/or Lecture Center

The US Lib Mobile Cart and the US Lecture Center calendars allow faculty and staff to see when these resources are booked and when they are available. This short recording shows how to book your reservations to either calendar. Before beginning the process of booking to either calendar, look to see that it (the MacBook cart or the Lecture Center) is available at the time you need it. If it is already reserved at the time you need it, you will need to choose an alternate time or make alternate plans. If you book on top of an existing event, you will receive an email declining your request.
